What happens if I make a mistake with the name or date?
We encourage you to double-check your details before ordering. However, if you spot a mistake, please message us via our Facebook page or Contact form within 1 hour of ordering, and we’ll do our best to catch it before it hits the printer!
How do you find the historical facts for my date?
We use a curated archive of UK-specific history, news, and cost-of-living data to ensure your print is an authentic snapshot of the day you were born.
Is the information on the print 100% accurate?
We take immense pride in our research and use a variety of trusted historical archives to curate your print. However, history can be a bit subjective! While we make every effort to ensure the facts, figures, and prices are as accurate as possible for your specific date, they are intended as a nostalgic "snapshot" of the era. Please note that prices and headlines can vary by region or source, so all information is provided for educational and gift purposes rather than as a legal historical record.
Does the print come with a frame?
To keep your shipping costs as low as possible, we supply our designs as high-quality A4 parchment prints. This allows you to choose a frame that perfectly matches your home decor, A4 frames are widely available at most UK high street retailers.
What kind of paper do you use?
We use premium A4 parchment paper. It has a beautiful, vintage weight and texture that feels much more special than standard printer paper.
How long will my order take to arrive?
As each print is custom-made, we usually dispatch next working day via Royal Mail. You can expect your piece of history to arrive through your letterbox shortly after!
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Currently, we focus on providing the best service to our UK customers to ensure our historical data remains accurate and relevant to British history.
Can I return my personalised print?
Because each print is custom-made specifically for you with a unique name and date, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind.
My print arrived damaged, what should I do?
We take great care in packaging your history prints, but if yours arrives bent or damaged by the post, please let us know immediately! Send us a quick photo of the damage via our Facebook page or our Contact form, and we will get a replacement sent out to you straight away, free of charge.
The information on my print is incorrect-help!
If we’ve made a "typo" or a mistake on our end, we will hold our hands up and fix it! Just let us know and we’ll send a corrected print out immediately. If the error was made during the ordering process (e.g., you misspelled a name, or gave the wrong date), please contact us-while we can't offer a full refund, we often provide a "re-print discount" to help you get the perfect gift.
